Job Description
As Solution Architect at Xplor Technologies, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing and implementing innovative software solutions for multiple products. You'll work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their challenges, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful development and deployment of scalable and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable software solutions using cutting-edge technologies, from back-end to front-end.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams, fostering a culture of quality and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Architecture Evolution: Help improve and evolve our advanced architecture, following best-in-industry patterns (microservices, event-driven systems, etc.).
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable, scalable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Performance Optimization: Have a keen eye for improvement in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of our systems.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose problems and defects by collecting information, finding root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to our tech stack (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Angular, React, cloud platforms).
- SaaS Expertise: Demonstrate experience in the implementation and management of SaaS solutions.
Qualifications
You may be a good fit for this role if you have experience with:
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on software development experience using relevant technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET, Ruby on Rails).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably with both Azure and AWS).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
- Knowledge of key web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST).
- Experience applying security technologies (TLS, SAML, OAuth).
- Architecture: Proven experience in SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for Technology: Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
