We are looking for a Solution Architect with hands-on experience in Fenergo to lead the design and implementation of client lifecycle management (CLM) and regulatory compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and financial services domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Define and design end-to-end solutions using Fenergo CLM for regulatory onboarding, KYC, AML, and client data management.
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Integration & Implementation:
- Lead the integration of Fenergo with core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party applications.
- Develop API strategies for seamless data exchange between Fenergo, CRM, and regulatory systems.
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and optimization of Fenergo modules.
- Stakeholder Management & Leadership:
- Engage with senior stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to drive Fenergo adoption.
- Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and governance for solution implementation.
- Conduct technical workshops and mentor engineering teams.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:
- Ensure that the Fenergo platform is configured to meet regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, and GDPR.
- Work with compliance and risk teams to address regulatory changes and system enhancements.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Fenergo CLM platform (implementation, customization, and integration).
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, microservices, and API-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, RESTful APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines.
✅ Domain & Functional Expertise:
- Banking / Financial Services experience – especially in Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Familiarity with financial workflows, customer due diligence (CDD), and risk assessment models.
