Position: Fenergo Solution Architect
Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Fenergo Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Fenergo Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Fenergo solutions to meet the regulatory, operational, and compliance needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Fenergo solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
- Lead the implementation of Fenergo to ensure successful project execution, from conception to delivery.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into technical specifications for the Fenergo platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and compliance experts, to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Provide expertise on Fenergo modules such as KYC, AML, and customer lifecycle management.
- Conduct system integration and configuration of Fenergo with existing systems and workflows.
- Monitor solution performance, implementing optimizations and enhancements as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to financial services and compliance.
- Train and mentor junior team members and stakeholders on Fenergo solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role with a focus on Fenergo or similar regulatory technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of Fenergo architecture, design principles, and operational frameworks.
- Proven experience in implementing Fenergo solutions, including KYC, AML, and customer due diligence processes.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and data migration in the context of Fenergo.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations in the financial services sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in Fenergo or related fields are a plus.
- Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
