Solution Architect – DAM

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect to lead our DAM development team. As the steward of our DAM solution, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our Digital Asset workflow. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, deploying and optimizing the integration architecture that powers our Digital Asset Management & Content Marketing Workflows.Education & Professional Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable software systems
• Substantial expertise with digital asset management platforms, particularly Aprimo DAM

Knowledge / Experience

• Extensive experience and deep understanding of digital asset management concepts, workflows, and best practices.
• Proven expertise in ensuring end-to-end ownership of the DAM platform's architecture and functionality, in a multi-brand multi-country environment
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading software engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in rolling out Aprimo DAM or similar digital asset management platforms.
• Proficiency in developing and managing APIs, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL, with a focus on facilitating seamless communication between different components within the DAM platform.
• Knowledge of AI-driven technologies and metadata enrichment strategies to enhance content discoverability and usability within the DAM system.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to data compliance, security, and privacy, ensuring the DAM system adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Understanding and application of microservices architecture principles fostering scalability and modularity.
• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing content workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering seamless alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

• Proven expertise in full-stack development, demonstrating proficiency in Java and JavaScript, ensuring end-to-end ownership of the DAM platform's architecture and functionality.
