THE ROLE
As a Solution Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by providing expert guidance and actionable recommendations tailored to clients' business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help customers unlock the full potential of Ncontracts’ software solutions.
YOU WILL
- Partner with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored, prescriptive recommendations and best practices to drive software adoption and business success.
- Lead and execute complex 1:1 including:
- Discovery calls to define customer objectives and assess software optimization opportunities.
- Developing engagement plans with clear goals, timelines, and recurring meeting schedules.
- Delivering tailored guidance on software utilization and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and advocate for the Ncontracts product suite, contributing insights to internal committees, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the direction of the Manager of Advisory, including Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Implementation, to align customer needs with organizational priorities.
- Contribute to enablement content, such as Nstruct and Ndepth resources, to enhance customer understanding and product utilization.
- Assist Advisory Manager and Senior Solution Advisors with group learning and collaboration through structured programs, such as: Office Hours, Release Readiness, Release Readiness Recap, Roadmap, and Business Reviews.
- Contribute to community engagement by participating in forums and delivering thought leadership in the Nsider community and participate in the quarterly Nsider Live events.
- Maintain documentation of advisory engagements and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring transparency and continuity in customer relationships.
- Provide administrative support to the Solution Advisory team by completing software/project tasks assigned to you by the Manager of Solution Advisory and/or Senior Solution Advisors.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This may require obtaining and maintaining certifications.
- Maintain software knowledge and proficiency across the Ncontracts, Venminder, and/or Quantitative suite with SME level of proficiency of at least three modules.
YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, or related fields and/or related software experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver results in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and web-based conferencing tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple teams concurrently, while communicating with professionals at various levels in a predominantly remote environment.
- Consultative and customer-focused approach and engagement style.
- Ability to navigate, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer requests.

- Relevant financial industry certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) a plus.

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $60,000 to $90,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
