In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in implementing our cutting-edge software solutions that empower some of the largest and most complex security deployments globally.

What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
- Attend client meetings to build deliverable Functional Design Specifications.
- Liaise with clients to explain sub-system integration designs clearly.
- Commission, test, and hand over Control Center software either remotely or on-premises.
- Provide hands-on training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
- Provide technical support for Control Center clients to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation.
What you'll bring:
- At least a 2.1 degree or significant equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with software integration concepts and deployments, preferably with orchestration / workflow experience.
- Experience in configuring servers and troubleshooting the Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
- Experience of Database architectures and methodologies; with a deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the ability to manipulate data using SQL scripting
- Experience in Networking principles and the Internet Protocol (IP).
- Experience with Integration processes with knowledge of API / SDK’s and Open Protocol application.
- Experience working with Client-Server applications.
- Virtual machine (VM) environments and Microsoft Clustering Experience.
