The Role: Enterprise Sales Manager

The role:

  • This position requires a sales professional that is aggressive, organized & consistent
  • With revenue production as the main KPI, the SaaS Solution Sales Manager (SSSM) is an individual contributor role and will be measured on the basis of sales performance (vs. target), timeliness and overall work quality
  • The SSSM will apply a consultative selling approach to identify customer requirement and recommend innovative solutions
  • The SSSM will have a periodic business target and will report to the country Head of the Philippines and CRO - APAC
  • This is an office-based and a client-facing job (not a WFH set-up)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective clients in an assigned target market 
  • Nurture prospect relationship while applying best sales approaches
  • Constant profiling of prospect’s pain points, business requirement & plans
  • Conduct discovery exercise to understand user requirement to identify 
  • Perform business & system fit/gap analysis in order to apply best solution positioning
  • Deliver powerful and impactful presentation with and without pre-sales help
  • Develop commercial proposal & negotiate a WIN-WIN arrangement for the company 
  • Endeavor to close new business deals smoothly and in a timely manner (e.g. monthly / quarterly)
  • Other functions related to lead generation & market penetration including outbound activities will be expected from the SSSM

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business
  • With minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT preferably handling software or SaaS solutions
  • Excellent track record in selling eCommerce, WMS, ERP, Retail or Logistics Software / SaaS solutions
  • Sales history and on-target achievement will be checked during the initial screening/interview
  • Ability to perform business analysis, strategic consulting, problem-solving and apply negotiation/closing strategies 
  • Solid presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino
