Summary of Program

Summary of Position
This internship provides hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, cloud computing, and software development. It will provide the opportunity to use cloud-based LLMs to improve hardware debug effectiveness at Jabil's manufacturing sites.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance AI-driven features, including data processing and model inference.
- Work on integrating large language models (LLMs) into software applications for AI-powered features and automation.
- Research and experiment with emerging technologies in AI and cloud computing.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software projects, including API documentation and user guides.
Qualifications
Major(s): Computer Science / Software Engineering majors with coursework in AI/ML or Data Science.
Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior, or Graduate Student
GPA: Min 3.0
Availability: Must be available to work in Austin, Texas from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025
Technical Skills: Python, ML frameworks, LLM foundation model usage, API development, cloud platform experience a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Git version control.
