What You’ll Be Doing

• Build Exceptional Software: Develop robust backend services using C# .Net Core, ASP.Net Core, and SQL.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with senior engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and team discussions.
• Shape Solutions: Design microservices, serverless architectures, and event-driven systems to create scalable, reliable applications.
• Champion Best Practices: Embrace Test-Driven Development (TDD), SOLID design principles, and quality-focused development processes.
• Dive into Cloud Technologies: Learn to leverage Azure services and DevOps practices to deliver innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to candidates at different levels of experience—what matters most is your passion for learning, problem-solving, and working collaboratively.

• For Experienced Engineers:
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Proficiency in C#, Azure services, and DevOps practices. Bonus points for experience with Microservices, Serverless, or Docker.
• A track record of mentoring or leading teams.
• For Aspiring Engineers:
• Some experience with backend development, especially with C# or similar technologies.
• A desire to learn and grow your skills in cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to collaborate with others.

Salary €3300 - €4000 per month

Location: Vilnius - Hyrbid 2 days per week onsite
