Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong skills in .Net and NodeJS. The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable, high-performance applications and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential.
What you will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and test complex software applications for local and cloud-based environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies as project requirements evolve.
- Analyze and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
What you will bring to the role:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in NodeJS and .Net
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 70,000 and PHP 100,000 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
