Within our Sports Platform team, you will be part of a collaborative environment that focuses on delivering high-quality solutions to the Business.
You will engage with cross-functional departments, including software development and Operations Engineering, to enhance our testing infrastructure and support seamless software delivery. You will ensure the quality and reliability of our Sports Platform by designing and implementing automated test suites for complex systems.
As we expand our presence in the rapidly growing US sports betting market, you will contribute to exciting projects that leverage innovative technologies and methodologies. The annual salary for this role will be between $100,000-$135,000.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience
Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test suites for complex systems, with a focus on microservices and publish-subscribe architectures.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven experience in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Typescript, Python, or Golang.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the software development and Operations Engineering departments.
Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
Familiarity with infrastructure and environment management tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members in testing practices and strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms including Google Cloud, AWS or Azure equivalent.
Main Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end and integration automated test suites for complex systems, focusing on microservices and publish-subscribe architectures.
Collaborating with the software development and Operations Engineering to enhance and maintain a robust test infrastructure, that supports efficient software delivery.
Prioritizing manual test cases for automation, to ensure a streamlined testing process.
Engaging with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translating them into comprehensive test plans and automated test cases.
Reporting on test suites, to ensure they are integrated into pipelines for clear communication of status and performance metrics.
Applying best practices in the testing pyramid to ensure comprehensive test coverage at all levels, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Coordinating and prioritizing testing needs across multiple teams and stakeholders to align efforts and resources.
Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and testability.
