Job Description
This individual will work with the Product Management Team to help guide the development of the product. They will also work with Sales to identify customers who would be good candidates to deploy the software. They will also work with Technical Support to provide training and deployment assistance. In addition the Deployment Manager acts as a liaison to the customer to provide software support and training, consultation to improve customer productivity and overall business operations using the MiTek software. Assistance shall include installation, system configuration, network interaction, feature usage, enhancement needs and system behavior
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Work with Product Management to guide the development of the software.
- Work with Sales to identify potential clients to deploy the software.
- Work with Technical Support to provide training on the software and deployment assistance.
- Train customer on use of software.
- Work with the MiTek Documentation team to develop adequate documentation to be used for training.
- Install and configure software.

Qualifications
- Associates Computer and Information Science required
- Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
Soft Skills
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot problems or come up with alternate solutions. A clear understanding of the working of a Truss plant and the needs of management.
Additional Requirements
- Valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance required.
- 60% Overnight Travel Nationally, Monday-Friday
Physical Demands
- This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
