We are currently hiring a Back-end Engineer to join our engineering team and be responsible for supporting software development of new and existing applications.

• A good understanding of Data Center design and architecture
• Extensive experience managing data center operations
• Experience in working with both traditional, large-scale mainframe computer systems and modern cloud computing platforms.
• Design and build server-side components, and implement infrastructure 
• Developing and maintaining the server-side of web applications
• Ability to work closely with field technical consultants and customers in gathering business requirements and converting these into technical specifications
• Ensure the structure is secure, and generate data storage solutions 
• Analyze server logs, identify the root cause of issues, and fix bugs in the code 
• Manage and organize large amounts of data 
• Be able to quickly identify, locate, and correct errors 
• Have a strong command of API development 
• Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design reviews 
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including IT specialists, frontend developers, programmers, and testers 

Required Skills:

• Experience of programming in JavaScript, Java, Node.js, PL/SQL, NoSQL, Microservices, Parallel Programming, Data Center architecture, RESTful APIs. Understanding of integration of enterprise architecture.
• Good understanding of automated end to end and performance testing.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent and 8+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of modern UI technologies like Typescript, React, Angular and Python is recommended
• Support the deployment of development environments and applications used for building new offerings and applications that will be deployed into a mission critical SAS (Software as a Service) Hosting environment

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $171,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
