We're excited to announce that we are expanding our team and are on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our growing in-house Digital Media team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting and executing robust social media strategies independently
- Leading and coordinating with creative agencies for campaign materials
- Planning, monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads (YouTube) Ads Ecosystems on the Polish market.
- Managing budgets, reporting, and providing insightful campaign recommendations
- Staying ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends and technologies

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube ad campaigns
- Expertise in campaign management from a media agency or client-side
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytical tools
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level)
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
