We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator + Strategist to join our team. This person will be a key on-camera personality for our brand, producing engaging short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The right candidate is comfortable in front of the camera, thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to leverage trends and storytelling in a way that aligns with our various brands. Strong video editing skills and the ability to move quickly from idea to execution are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a confident, authentic on-camera presence for short-form video content 
    Develop and pitch original content ideas that resonate with healthcare professionals across generations 
    Film, edit, and optimize videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with quick turnaround 
    Stay current on social media trends and platform shifts, with a sharp eye for which trends make sense for our audience and brand 
    Collaborate with the social media team to build and maintain a content strategy aligned with brand voice and marketing goals 
    Leverage insights on audience behavior, generational preferences, and platform algorithms to guide creative decisions 
    Monitor engagement metrics (reach, views, saves, shares) and iterate based on performance 
    Help plan and manage social content calendars to ensure a steady stream of fresh, relevant content 
    Engage with followers via comments and DMs to help build community and strengthen brand connection 
    Act as a trendspotter—identifying cultural and industry moments where our brand can join or lead conversations 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Comfortable and confident on camera, with a natural presence and engaging delivery
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Strong storytelling skills that resonate with diverse audiences while staying true to brand voice
  • Proficient in short-form video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and native platform editors 
  • Able to turn around polished video content quickly and efficiently
  • Skilled at generating strategic, original content ideas and bringing them to life with minimal oversight
  • Sharp grasp of brand tone, social trends, and what drives audience engagement
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or staffing industries is a plus

Aya’s general sick leave policy is that employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $26.44 to $36.06, which equates to $55,000 to $75,000 annually.   

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
