This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The SMB & MM Attach Solution Manager is responsible for executing the Offer & Product Lifecycle Management strategy for Options and Services to increase and drive high attach rates to HPE Smart Choice and SMB/MM Offerings, driving business growth. This involves overseeing all aspects of the product’s lifecycle from launch to its end of life. This role bridges the gap between product management, supply chain, pricing, marketing, and category management, ensuring the offering is well-positioned and meets SMB/MM customer expectations.
Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others.
How you´ll make your mark:
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Value Proposition Definition: Identifies the core value proposition and benefits of the offering, highlighting its unique features and advantages.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, category management, pricing, marketing to ensure alignment and successful launch.
- Offering Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of the offering, from launch, ongoing optimization, and eventual sunsetting
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the offering and identify areas for improvement.
- Feedback Collection and Analysis: Regularly gather feedback from partners and stakeholders to inform future offerings and strategy.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, Finance or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience in related field.
- Technical/Market understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities, develop competitive strategies, and align offerings with business goals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Strong understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to analyze data and trends.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify and solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and drive results
- Basic Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Options & Services from ProLiant and MSA portfolio.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, including revenue generation, pricing, and cost management.
