Job Summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations SkillBridge Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. This internship offers hands-on experience in eCommerce management, working closely with teams across Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

  • Assist in maintaining the eCommerce storefront to optimize the customer experience, ensuring ease of navigation, accurate product listings, and a fresh, engaging presentation.

  • Monitor inventory levels, product flow, and stock management to ensure timely availability and minimize out-of-stock issues.

  • Analyze sales and performance data to track productivity and support departmental goals.

  • Assist in executing website updates, product descriptions, images, and categorization to enhance online merchandising.

  • Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to eCommerce operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate order fulfillment, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

  • Help manage aged inventory and provide reports on stock levels and availability.

  • Assist in tracking eCommerce performance and forecasting revenue to support business strategies.

  • Learn and contribute to best practices for operational efficiency, including order processing and product substitutions.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and eCommerce platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of sales, profit and loss, and cost management concepts.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements

  • This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work

  • Light to moderate lifting is required

  • Ability to uphold the stress of traveling

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).

  • Ability to work in a confined area.

  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
