- Design and implement high-availability, scalable system architectures.
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Define, track, and analyze SLOs/SLIs to ensure service reliability.
- Conduct thorough incident post-mortems for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to establish best practices and drive reliability improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to databases, networks, and deployments (including underlying platforms like Kubernetes and VMs).
- Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs, maintaining high service delivery standards.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Strong foundation in SRE principles (SLOs/SLIs, toil reduction, incident response)
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
- Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Golang, Java)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and frameworks, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools

Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related field.
