Job Summary
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities. This role provides hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, contributing to real-world projects that enhance quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Support NPI Projects – Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing new product introduction (NPI) projects to ensure smooth and timely launches.

Documentation – Help prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and validation protocols.

Testing & Validation – Participate in testing new products to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Process Improvement – Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements.

Data Analysis – Analyze data to optimize metrics such as cycle time, weld strength, and defect rates.

Regulatory Compliance – Assist in ensuring new products meet ISO13485 and other regulatory requirements.

Communication – Provide updates to team members and stakeholders on project progress and resolutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Basic understanding of engineering principles, product development, and quality assurance.

Strong problem-solving abilities and data interpretation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to collaborate in cross-functional projects.

Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.
Preferred:

Familiarity with CAD, MATLAB, or other engineering tools.
