Overview of the job
Do you like a hands-on and fast-paced role as Chief Information Officer at October 6 Plant response for End-to-end IT Operations. You will have an opportunity to work across functions and organizations.
We offer you to be part of the project owner to build and deliver the Site Digital Strategy, Owner of IT Portfolio, Manage project and implements aligning IT budget, Client Manager for all local IT deployments (including global/regional initiatives), owns the processes for digital compliance (internal audits, control self-assessments).
Your team
You will team up with the Seamless Technical Community & IT Director and lead your direct report.
Partner with respective counterparts in the Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East, and Africa sites of P&G manufacturing plants in Baby sector and other business units.
Responsibilities of the role

Service Operations – Experience managing applications and infrastructure components in a production environment. Achieved and managed continuous improvements to service including developing the scorecards vital to measure successful operations.

Application & Integration – ability to improve value through outstanding IT Strategy for application lifecycle at the site and region/sector driving governance, user experience, and application integration to drive value efficiency for product supply.

Teamwork/Vendor /Partner Management - Work efficiently through a high matrix organization. Improving and Performing digital training quarterly, Building positive relationships with all levels of leadership and being the expert in their field in the plant environment.

IT/OT Infrastructure Domain Expertise – Understanding of IT infrastructure with a strong desire to be an expert. A critical skill in the new IT career model includes NT servers, Networking, Firewalls, Voice, Mobility, and Personal Computing

IT Security & Risk – proficient level of Risk Analysis – Ability to analyze the risk to operations versus the cost to prevent it and develop with policymakers on IT Continuity standards. Supervising recordable incidents not to secure employee safety as a top priority.

Project Management – Driving Digital Transformation Innovation Masterplan and partnership with Supply Chain Digital Sponsor to aligned with the site leadership team and key partners, Ability to manage the End-to-End site IT Budget
Building value protection to achieve and sustain strong plant digital foundations; Business Quality of Service, Security, and Compliance, crafting roadmap year-plan with year-on-year work vs hardware/software refreshes plan.
Building a digital, diverse & inclusive, and safe organization by leading the IT/OT organization capability events and facilitating staffing of key site roles (cybersecurity leader, site system owners, key users)

Solid experience and good grasp in IT infrastructure (Network, Voice, PC, Servers, etc.)and Operation (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
