About the Role
Redhorse is seeking a highly motivated Junior SIGINT Development Analyst to join our team supporting a critical national security mission. You will play a vital role in enhancing our client's ability to identify and analyze critical communications, contributing directly to the protection of national interests. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in SIGINT analysis and work with cutting-edge technologies within a dynamic and challenging environment. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of intelligence gathering and analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest.
- Develop analytic strategies for identifying and exploiting target communications within the global network.
- Identify target communications within the global network, focusing on data and voice communications (including DNR/DNI).
- Analyze communications data using specialized software applications and databases.
- Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
- Incorporate independent research to enhance target development, utilizing SIGINT and collateral report repositories.
- Provide analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses
Required Experience/Clearance:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Intelligence Studies).
- Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
- Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
- Proven critical thinking and reasoning skills to make analytic determinations.
- Knowledge of various technologies relevant to identifying analytic vectors.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with specific SIGINT tools and software applications.
- Familiarity with DataBricks, GitLab, and Jira.
- Experience with data analysis using tools like Spark.
- Knowledge of advanced communication technologies beyond DNR and DNI.
- Experience in presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
