Position Summary

At Platform.sh, we believe in building strong, lasting partnerships that drive innovation and success. As our SI Channel Growth Lead, you’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening our global Systems Integrator (SI) network. You’ll be the go-to partner, advocate, and strategist, helping SIs navigate our platform, unlock new opportunities, and build high-impact solutions for their clients.

In this quota-carrying, individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP, Agency Partners, you’ll source, onboard, and empower new SI partners, guiding them to success with tailored support, strategic collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on strategy, create value-driven initiatives, and contribute to the long-term growth of the SI ecosystem.

What to expect

  • Understand the SI Ecosystem: Stay informed on industry trends, SI partner needs, and competitive dynamics to align with the unique market challenges and opportunities.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Platform.sh at industry conferences, events, and partner summits, showcasing our SI strategy and value proposition to attract and engage potential partners.
  • Recruit and Build Strategic SI Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and establish relationships with key Systems Integrators (SIs), guiding them through the onboarding process and laying the groundwork for long-term collaboration and mutual success.
  • Drive Recruitment and Growth Targets: Achieve quarterly acquisition goals by leading high-impact initiatives, delivering tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of our platform.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to design customized engagement models, implementation strategies, and solutions aligned with the goals and capabilities of each SI partner.
  • Solve Problems, Build Solutions: Engage with prospective SI partners to understand their challenges, address concerns, and present innovative solutions that highlight the benefits of partnering with Platform.sh.
  • Develop SI Enablement Resources: Partner with Marketing to create impactful resources such as playbooks, training guides, and enablement materials to accelerate partner success.
  • Leverage Insights to Refine Recruitment Strategy: Analyze market trends, partner feedback, and performance data to refine recruitment and enablement strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on recruitment performance, growth potential, and new market opportunities, using these insights to shape strategies and drive results.
  • Design Value-Driven Solutions for SIs: Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions and packages that address SI-specific needs, delivering measurable value and fostering deeper partnerships.

What you bring

  • Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience working with Systems Integrators (SIs), large consulting firms, or similar partner ecosystems, with a strong track record of success in building and managing strategic partnerships. An existing network of SI relationships is a strong advantage.

  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration to achieve mutual success for internal teams and external partners.
