ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented Set Designer to help turn bold ideas into scroll-stopping social media content. In this role, you’ll craft visually stunning sets that align with the Art Director’s vision, enhance our brand identity, and resonate across digital platforms. From conceptualizing unique setups to curating and arranging props, furniture, and decor, you’ll be at the heart of creating BURGA’s most impactful content. With a social media-first mindset, this role demands innovation, precision, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced production environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Collaborate with the Art Director and Social Media team to define the visual style, theme, and mood for each project.

- Conduct research and create moodboards that align with current trends and the brand’s vision.

- Develop technical drawings and detailed briefs for set builders.

- Source, arrange, and organize all set elements and props, ensuring everything remains in excellent condition.

- Maintain set quality and continuity throughout production, ensuring every detail shines.

- Troubleshoot on-set challenges with creativity and agility.

- Manage logistics to ensure smooth workflows and on-time project delivery.

- Organize shoot schedules, budgets, and team availability for optimal efficiency.

- Handle post-shoot tasks like returning rental equipment and maintaining pristine shoot locations.

- Stay within budget limits while sourcing trendy and impactful props, collaborating with accounting for timely payments.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 4 years of experience as a Set Designer, Set Decorator, Interior Stylist, or a similar role in content production, with a preference for social media or e-commerce projects.

- A strong understanding of design principles, including color, texture, and composition, with an eye for what performs well online.

- Ability to create technical briefs and drawings for set construction.

- Familiarity with social media-first content production, including framing, lighting, and platform-specific trends.

- Expertise in incorporating current fashion and digital trends into set designs.

- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange furniture or props and work on your feet for extended periods.

- A valid driver’s license for transporting props, furniture, and equipment when needed.

- Proven experience in sourcing props, managing rentals, and overseeing production logistics.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to excel in a dynamic environment.

- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.

- Proficiency in design tools and software for creating moodboards, technical drawings, and visual concepts.

SALARY: 3000 - 3900 EUR/Month GROSS
