Responsibilities:

You look after your own customer base in your region and are responsible for the cleaning machines with a focus on service and maintenance

You will independently carry out maintenance and repairs on our high-quality floor cleaning systems as well as commissioning and instructing customers on sitet

You will advise our customers on services and take over the sale of accessories and spare parts for your area of application

You will support the field sales team, including providing application advice and presenting cleaning machines to customers on site

You will be responsible for your own reporting, contact management and ticket system via our MS tools
Qualifications:

You have completed technical training

You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

You have a high level of technical understanding with a sales orientation

Strong communication and negotiation skills round off your profile
You are willing to travel within your postcode area
