In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for technology relates issues and requests through different channels. Adhere to the credit union's policy and procedure regarding ticket management and time entry. Utilize the system to log calls/issues and additional ticket management tasks.
This position will work Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm and must be flexible to rotate and be on call.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the deployment of operating system images to new and existing computers.
- Create technical documentation for different departments.
- Assist in onboarding and separations for employees and non-employees.
- Responsible for setting up computer security for users.
- Support and troubleshoot computer system hardware as well as operating system software.
- Identify problems related to primary financial software and determine corrective action. Identify and escalate issues to the network group.
- Provide customer service, including the ability to provide information at different levels.
- Create documented processes and procedures. Review output material for the correct format for distribution to the user organization.
- Coordinate and monitor workflow to assure the efficient utilization of the system.
Education:
- High School or Equivalent - Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree - C omputer Science, IT or Related - Preferred but not required
Years of Experience:
- 1 year - Service Desktop or related - Preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $58,800 - $83,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
