The InfoSec Governance Analyst will support the Information Security Governance Program, which included but is not limited to the facilitation of Technology and Information Security (InfoSec) official document (Policies, Standards and Procedures) maintenance, the maintenance and alignment of the IT Control Library and the development and facilitation of the InfoSec Awareness Program.
Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the maintenance of Technical and Information Security official documentation process including development, review and approval via the company official document process
  • Produce metrics related to official documents and maintain the IT/IS official document tracker
  • Administer the InfoSec Awareness training campaigns, maintain existing training, develop new training materials, and incorporate current changes to regulatory requirements, user recommendations and lessons learned
  • Administer InfoSec SharePoint sites, maintain contents and access ensuring internal communications and material are available enterprise wide
  • Cross train and support the InfoSec GRMC team by sharing resources and best practices
  • Ensure the timely delivery of reporting metrics and participate in variety of cross-functional projects, execution and problem solving


Education:

  • Bachlors Degree - Information Security or Related field - Minimum


Years of Experience:

  • 3 years - Information Security or Related field - Minimum
  • 3 years - Governance, Risk Management, Compliance within a financial institution
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws including FFIEC, NCUA, SOX, GLBA, and Privacy and familiarity with ISO 27001/27002 or NIST


In Lieu of Education:

  • 5 years - Information Security and/or Governance, Risk Management, Compliance


Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$76,500‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$108,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
