The PITCH.
As an SEO Executive at VaynerMedia India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online presence and driving organic growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results. This is an always-on role where you’ll need to move quickly and think critically every day, applying your passion for SEO to real-world client challenges.
Here’s where you come in…
- Audit and optimize client websites for improved search rankings and performance.
- Develop and execute effective link-building and content strategies.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and manage keyword expansion.
- Implement SEO best practices, including technical SEO, site audits, and on-page optimizations (meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, etc.).
- Create and optimize SEO-driven content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities.
- Stay updated on search algorithms, white/black hat SEO tactics, and industry trends.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Educate and collaborate with teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.
- Optimize YouTube SEO for better video discoverability and engagement.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless client interactions.

- 2+ years of SEO experience with strong analytical and technical SEO skills.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with SME SEO trends and evolving digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research platforms).
- Experience with website optimization and link-building strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
- Growth mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools for data analysis and reporting
