What is the key purpose of an Ad Operations Specialist?
As an Ad Operations Specialist working with the Ad Operations team in our Gurugram office, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns to ensure seamless execution and performance. You will be responsible for campaign setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting while collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve client goals and maximize efficiency.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role, it is essential that you have:

2+ years of experience in the digital marketing and ad technology industry, with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising.

Hands-on experience with ad technologies such as SSPs, DMPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Ad Servers.
-
Strong knowledge of CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV, and CPA models.
-
Proficiency in campaign trafficking and optimization across display and search platforms.
-
Experience working with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
It would be great if you also have:
-
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Taboola Ads, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, TTD, Outbrain, Amobee, and video ad servers like SpringServe.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will:

Set up, manage, and optimize display and video campaigns to ensure performance aligns with client goals.

Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.

Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to ad serving platforms.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve processes and efficiencies.
