As our Senior YouTube Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive performance and scale campaigns with confidence.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the ins and outs of the Google Ads ecosystem, and has a deep knowledge of direct response YouTube advertising.
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Strategically build, launch, and manage YouTube ad campaigns inside Google Ads.
- Conduct audience research, competitor research, and keyword research.
- Create targeting structures and testing frameworks aligned with client goals.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets.
- Collaborate with our creative team on video ad scripts, hooks, and performance feedback.
- Provide strategic insights and clear reporting to the internal team and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform changes, and creative best practices.
- Assist with scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing YouTube ads inside Google Ads.
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets at $30K+/month.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Hyros, etc).
- Deep knowledge of audience targeting, creative strategy, and scaling methods.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting data to drive campaign decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting performance insights.
- Familiar with scripting and guiding direct response ad creatives.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience managing YouTube ads for coaches, course creators, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools.
- Worked with a fast-growing agency before.
- Understanding of cold traffic funnels and video sales letters (VSLs).
