Summary:

In this role, you will be a champion for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) in relation to Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, with a focus on understanding and driving attitudes, behaviors, needs, and motivations. You will support AI and build out the DEX research center of excellence. You will support increased demand coming from AI and other research related projects. You will ensure achieving AI adoption targets and fostering sustained, long-term engagement with AI tools across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current and goal-state experiences of employees using AI tools.
  • Develop an AI adoption journey map and an enterprise-wide adoption plan, working collaboratively  with the AI Strategy team to establish key metrics.
  • Create and execute an enterprise user experience (UX) data strategy that captures both qualitative and quantitative insights, as well as attitudinal and behavioral measures of user experience.
  • Implement an organization-wide AI survey strategy, encompassing survey design, data collection, interpretation, storytelling, and actionable recommendations.
  • Design and execute a multifaceted communication and adoption strategy in collaboration with the DEX Content Strategist, AI Optimization team, and Corporate Communications. 
  • Draft and develop content such as FAQs, emails, intranet posts, how-to guides, presentations, and training materials for employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the AI Optimization Lead and AI Optimization Specialists/Super Champions across business units to perform tailored research and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Establish and monitor metrics to quantify the (Return on Investment) ROI and value generated from AI adoption and usage across the organization.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to maintain a pulse on emerging trends and best practices in AI tools and employee experience.
  • Oversee the rationalization and governance process for new AI tools, managing license requests, aligning with enterprise standards to integrate with AI tools such as Copilot.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree desired.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods such as surveys, interviews, persona development, and journey mapping required.
  • Ability to translate research insights into actionable plans to enhance user experience.
  • Proficiency with AI and Digital tools; understanding applications and user interactions with enterprise AI tools including Copilot required.
  • Familiar with emerging AI trends, best practices, and standards required.
  • Experience driving behavior change through targeted adoption and communication strategies required.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and resource needs required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex AI concepts

  • Experience conducting and applying benchmarking insights to ensure internal AI adoption aligns with or exceeds industry standards preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
