Senior UX Product Designer

What you can expect

You will help to spearhead complex and strategic end-to-end user experience design initiatives across multiple high-impact products. It will also require you to act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership in the domain of UX design. This role will also have you collaborate closely with cross-functional senior leadership teams and product strategists to formulate and drive forward innovative product strategies. Independently, you will conceive, develop, and refine highly sophisticated designs that address user pain points and set new benchmarks for the overall user experience.

About the Team

Come join the Zoom Docs team. The product is a collaborative document creation and editing tool integrated within the Zoom platform. It allows users to work together in real-time, enhancing productivity and communication during virtual meetings. With features like comments, version history, and seamless sharing, Zoom Docs aims to streamline workflows for teams.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of extensive design experience, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding design results in complex and diverse project environments.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Display capabilities in methodologies and workflows of large-scale enterprise design teams, demonstrating exceptional full-stack design capabilities and a mastery of advanced design tools and technologies.

• Experience in designing for a wide range of platforms including desktop, mobile, web, and emerging technologies.

• Exhibit logical thinking, high caliber communication skills, and effective collaboration abilities. Be capable of managing highly complex product requirements and collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams to achieve goals

• Demonstrate an extraordinary sense of aesthetic judgment, an unwavering attention to detail, and an unrelenting pursuit of flawless design. Be deeply proficient in human-computer interaction design and possess a profound understanding of user insights.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146,700.00

Maximum:

$339,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
