A bit about your role
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Senior UX Design lead reporting to the Executive Manager, Digital Customer Experience.
The Senior UX Design Lead is responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for digital products, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business success.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end UX design across various project lifecycles, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, conducting research and user testing, optimizing design processes, and championing continuous improvement and innovation.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate should have extensive UX design experience, focusing on digital and end-to-end experience design, with strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in applying design methodologies.
The candidate should also have deep experience in translating complex business requirements into design solutions, designing large-scale websites, and web and mobile apps. Experience in a B2B2C environment and familiarity with SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall delivery environments are preferred.
Essential skills also include knowledge of front-end development, design languages, digital best practices, and proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Suite, Figma, and Google Analytics.
Finally, strong communication, influencing, planning, and organizational skills are also required.
