Job Description
The opportunity
Do you have trading experience in the financial industry and an interest in Fintech and crypto? As a Senior Trading & FinOps Manager, you will have a hands-on approach to trading, brokerage, settlement and clearing matters in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Manage various trading tools, processes, and liquidity provider platforms. You will also assist with a range of operational tasks, contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our trading infrastructure.

What you will do

Risk and Delta position prevention management

Streamline and optimize treasury and settlement functions and processes to ensure smooth, efficient transactions

Lead the evolution of our trading products and cycles, from design and commercialization to ensuring top-tier security

Liquidity providers & stakeholder management

Trade with some of the largest trading firms in Europe
You will need
-
At least 5 years of trading experience within the finance industry, preferably with exposure to crypto (personal crypto experience counts too!)

In-depth knowledge of trading markets and various asset classes

A genuine interest in the Fintech industry and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in Germany and the EU

A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Fluent or advanced German and English

To be based in Berlin or Frankfurt
