Zendesk is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help deliver beautifully crafted, engaging creative for our billion-dollar company. You’ll work as a mighty creative champion, making sure our work is easy to understand, confident, generous, and mega fresh.

The day-to-day:

Collaborate with brand producers, designers, and external agencies to execute creative across brand identity, imagery, digital, campaigns and content

Guide brand expression across media and projects

Develop detailed documentation of brand guidelines

Lead the creation of brand identity systems to support brand storytelling

Act as a source of truth for anything related to the brand identity

Advise on production techniques and timelines to determine the best way to produce work

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product design, event and comms partners to create and maintain brand systems that align with business goals
Requirements:
-
4+ years of design experience from an agency or an in-house environment, with an emphasis on brand identity across print and digital

Proven working process and organized file management skills

Portfolio that represents various brand identity systems, the development of brand guidelines and work demonstrating art direction of the brand across media

Proficient in graphic design principles with a strong sense of typography, color, and content hierarchy

Proficiency in digital design best practices with familiarity of interaction design principles

Outstanding eye for detail

Proficient with common design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Canva, and Figma)

Experience working with fully developed digital design systems, preferably in Figma

Excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors

Very good time management skills in a digital-first work environment

Proficient in retouching and visualisation techniques
Candidates must include a portfolio. Work samples should show design craft, conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and a variety of experience.
Zendesk is currently hiring candidates exclusively in the SF Bay Area, Austin, and Seattle.
The US annualized base salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$164,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
