  • Connect the strategy through partnering with system owners to build and integrate new software solutions into Lob’s existing tech stack.
  • Evaluate and recommend optimization opportunities within the tech stack, advising on what tools to keep or eliminate.
  • Serve as the project manager for technology-driven projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on system enhancements and integration efforts.

What will you bring to this role…

  • Extensive experience with building and managing CPQ platforms.
  • Proven experience building custom integrations across systems such as SFDC, NetSuite, and data warehouses (Redshift).
  • Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in SFDC custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) and admin responsibilities.
  • Experience with API development, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong background in enterprise-level financial systems integration.
  • Knowledge of best practices in project management for technology projects (Agile or PMP certifications a plus).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and an ability to collaborate across business units.

Recommended skills:

  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier) for API orchestration.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes such as ASC 606 and revenue recognition methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, including the use of data warehouses like Redshift and ETL processes.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau) to support data integration efforts.
