Job Description

· Strong storage background (hardware, software, storage technologies, and Cloud storage)

· Good knowledge of multiple vendor Storage like Tintri, Dell EMC, Netapp, etc.

· Strong Knowledge of different SAN-Storage topologies and protocols.

· Install configure and troubleshoot storage hardware and software.

· Skills in Storage performance analysis, optimization, troubleshooting, tuning, and debugging.

· Maintain storage and network policies and standards.

· Persistent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

· Sound knowledge over file level storage(NAS), Backup and recovery

· Basic knowledge of Linux commands. 

· Independently provides proactive problem management to deliver high-availability services.

· Adheres to change management procedures in defining, planning, and implementing change in such a way that ensures appropriate coordination with multiple teams, minimizing service disruption.

· Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, and upgrades of storage and backup technologies.

· Stays abreast and focused on new changes in the storage technology, seamlessly adapts technological changes and enchantments

· May require rotating 24x7 on-call support responsibility as well as weekend support
