Accountabilities:
- Secretarial Support: Provide secretarial & administrative support to Director, Brand, Marketing & Communications, taking ownership of Director’s calendar including all appointments and meetings arrangement
- Travel Management Support: Provide support to Director, Brand, Marketing & Communications and team on travel booking
- Events Management & Logistics Support: To organize, plan & execute the logistics of the Divisions’ events/luncheons/business meetings/team events, etc
- Administrative Support & Records Keeping: Maintain and record meeting notes, organize meeting agendas and documents for division meetings
- Internal Communications & Operational Support: Ensuring the Director and BMC team are in tune with the latest corporate developments, policies and initiatives, as well as research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Director, including those of sensitive or confidential nature and determine an appropriate course of action
Job Requirements
Academic Education and Work Experience
- A diploma, with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in providing secretarial & administrative support. Proven track records of collaborating across teams in achieving results.

- Independent and organized individual with emotional maturity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team leaders, internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
- Proficient in using IT tools for work effectiveness, e.g. Email Outlook, Microsoft Office
