*Builds positive interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships among TMs.

*Provides a positive working to improve retention rate and reduce turnover rate.

Key Responsibilities: 

Welfare Program Planning and Development: 

  • Plan and implement employee welfare programs, such as family days, stress-relief activities, and employee benefit campaigns. 
  • Promote and maintain the employee welfare virtual platform, ensuring its content and features meet employee needs and enhance engagement. 
  •  Evaluate and improve existing welfare programs to ensure employee satisfaction.   

Vendor and Merchant Coordination: 

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with vendors and merchants to provide diverse employee benefit campaigns. 
  • Negotiate favorable terms to ensure welfare activities align with budgets and remain attractive. 
  • Leisure and Recreational Facilities Management: 
  • Plan and oversee the management of employee leisure and recreational spaces, such as gyms, entertainment facilities, and common areas. 
  • Schedule regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities and equipment. 
  • Collect employee feedback to optimize facility usage and improve satisfaction. 

Employee Club Management:  

  • Provide guidance and support for employee clubs, including sports teams, cultural groups, and hobby-based organizations. 
  • Coordinate resources and budgets for club activities and maintain smooth communication with the EWC. 
  • Monitor club operations to ensure compliance with company policies and promote inclusivity and engagement.    
  • Tax and Compliance Administration: 
  • Ensure all welfare programs, benefits, and activities comply with relevant tax regulations and corporate policies. 
  • Prepare and manage tax-related documents and reports for welfare initiatives.   
  • Collaborate with the finance department or external consultants to address tax-related inquiries.    

Budget and Resource Management: 

  • Manage the EWC budget, including tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports. 
  • Propose and allocate resources effectively for welfare programs and activities. 
  • Program Execution: 
  • Organize and oversee events such as family days, employee marketplaces, and hybrid online/offline stress-relief activities. 
  • Ensure activities comply with company policies and legal standards. 

Digital Communication and Engagement: 

  • Maintain and update content on the employee welfare virtual platform to ensure timely and practical information. 
  • Use internal websites and digital tools to promote welfare programs, collect employee feedback, and enhance engagement. 
  • Administrative Support: 
  • Prepare reports and proposals for welfare programs for management review. 
  • Maintain accurate records of EWC activities and ensure proper documentation.      

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in welfare program management or employee engagement. 
  • Experience in large-scale event planning and execution, with prior work at an event company being preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating and managing online platforms is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of tax regulations related to welfare programs is an advantage. 
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and activity management or digital tools. 
  • Proficiency in English communication and writing.
