We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Training Intern to join our team for a summer internship. The intern will assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of training programs and initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR training and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibility:
- Assist in the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Support the creation and updating of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and participant communication.
- Assist in the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
- Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives related to employee development.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Training team as needed.
