Job Description

In July 2024, Delivery Hero SE merged three of its market-leading food delivery businesses, foodora and Yemeksepeti in Europe, and foodpanda in Asia. All three businesses now make up the second-largest organization within the Delivery Hero Group, and leading food and QCommerce delivery in 18 markets in both regions.

The Senior Specialist (all genders), Paid Social will be part of the Logistics team sitting in COO org. The role will be responsible for executing and optimizing lead generation campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and others. The role will focus on creating and launching high-impact ad creatives, designing experiments, and analyzing data to improve marketing performance. The specialist will also work cross-functionally to develop campaigns, monitor KPIs, and provide regular business reporting to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize lead generation campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and others).

  • Work cross-functionally to develop, launch, and track high-impact ad creatives (static and video) that drive rider acquisition and engagement.

  • Design and run experiments, incrementality tests, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance, marketing mix, and best practices.

  • Develop and run daily/weekly/monthly business reporting for stakeholders at various levels.

  • Develop and maintain playbooks on social media advertising best practices for both organic and paid campaigns, considering the needs of key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders from local, regional, and central teams, as well as external agencies when necessary.

  • Based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), we offer a gross annual salary starting at € 60,000 (all-in) depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive a share package.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience running ads on social platforms (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Nanigans/Smartly).

  • A social media enthusiast, with hands-on experience using platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Reels, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with pixel tracking and measurement using analytics tools (e.g., DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer).

  • Familiarity with performance KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution, and LTV.

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.

  • Comfortable achieving goals in a dynamic, high-pressure, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong test-and-learn mindset; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
