This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Job

The Senior Specialist, Customer Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing effective and scalable marketing campaigns focused on driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities for our global customer base. This role will collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to design and deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that increase product adoption, deepen customer relationships and maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive omni-channel engagement strategies that provide relevant, localized and persuasive content to a global customer base across diverse go-to-market segments
  • Accelerate expansion pipeline growth by developing and maintaining a global customer marketing campaigns calendar and executing weekly programs across email, paid media, paid social and site optimization/updates
  • Create and distribute sales enablement collateral, including call scripts, battle cards, data sheets, pitch decks and incentives to empower the global Customer Success team in driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Deliver monthly customer communications such as newsletters, product updates and webinar promotions, ensuring that content is timely, informative and aligned with customer needs
  • Plan and execute customer-focused events, including webinars, workshops and participation at industry conferences, ensuring alignment with overall customer marketing strategy and campaign goals
  • Identify customer reference opportunities. Conduct customer interviews, write and distribute customer case studies, success stories and own process of review campaigns for third-party review sites such as G2, Capterra, Gartner, etc. 
  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement data, and campaign results to refine targeting, messaging, and strategies, driving continuous improvement across customer marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Customer Success and Sales, to ensure campaigns align with product roadmaps and customer success goals
  • Develop and maintain campaign performance reports, analyze campaign ROI and provide actionable insights to leadership regarding campaign success, challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Use customer insights to create tailored content and campaigns that increase product adoption, deepen engagement and maximize cross-sell and upsell potential
  • Manage a regional customer marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive the highest impact and results
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing or growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success in developing and executing customer-focused marketing campaigns, particularly in cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Hands-on experience in managing omnichannel campaigns, including email, paid media, paid social, account-based marketing (ABM) and site optimization
  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of customer journey mapping
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Demandbase) and customer segmentation tools
  • Strong ability to analyze customer data, identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills for creating customer-centric content and sales enablement materials
  • Hands-on experience in delivering customer communications such as newsletters, product updates and webinar promotions
  • Experience planning and executing customer-focused events, from webinars to industry conferences
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional execution skills to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns, materials and events
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
