You are not just a solution expert. You are the best consultant! You will be in the front line to perform technical validation in our customers’ Omnichannel transformational projects. Your ability to inspire our customers through technology will drive you to succeed, using your growing knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Software as a Service.
What this role is:
Being a Genesys Senior Solutions Consultant means to be responsible for running business-focused solution discoveries, directly with customers. You will host Customer Journey mapping exercises or Customer Experience workshops, to understand client’s operation and expectation, while demonstrating the value of Genesys in delivering exceptional experiences to their end customers
You will work with all levels of customer organizations tailoring the messaging to meet the needs of various business and technical stakeholders and decision-makers, including C-level decision-makers.
What this role isn’t:
You are not “one-man shows”. You would work within a team of cross-functional experts who come with a varied skillset and together you will develop identified business opportunities. Your consultative approach will drive you to understand customer functional and technical needs. Your ability to capture, allow you to succeed advising on which Genesys capabilities the customer should implement and will ultimately benefit from. All available as part of Genesys breadth of Customer Experience solutions, delivered from the cloud as our Experience as a Service!
What will you bring on the table?
- University Bachelor’s degree educated in Computer Science or Engineering or related work experience
- +3-5 years previous CX experience in the job market as a pre-sales consultant, business analyst, solutions engineering
- Demonstrates a successful track record working as a pre-sales expert for a company selling Enterprise Cloud Applications
- The technological know-how of IT-concepts, software-standards best practice as well as database and networking technologies
- Cloud computing, artificial intelligence and CCaaS solutions experience, as Genesys Cloud, as a plus
- Able to articulate your opinions on current technology trends
- Strong developed analytical and conceptional capabilities and high customer focus
- Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.)
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- Exceptional skills in English and French as well as strong presentation and communication expertise
- Be a Team Player, be adaptable, be able to multi-task and be ready to travel
