At Genesys, our success is powered by the passion and talent of our people. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in France and help enterprise organizations reimagine customer and employee experiences.
In this senior pre-sales role, you'll partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to shape customer journeys with Genesys Cloud CX solutions. From engaging C-level decision-makers to leading co-creation workshops, you’ll act as a trusted advisor in complex sales cycles—bringing innovation, empathy, and value to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Discovery & Engagement

Lead strategic discovery sessions and design thinking workshops with enterprise customers

Identify gaps and opportunities to improve CX and EX through digital transformation

Build credibility with senior stakeholders and communicate business value clearly
Solution Architecture & Innovation
-
Design solution blueprints that align to customer goals and drive measurable outcomes
-
Deliver tailored demonstrations, prototypes, and roadmap presentations
-
Ensure proposed solutions are economically viable, scalable, and technically robust
Proposal & Deal Strategy
-
Support the creation of compelling RFP/RFI responses and executive-level pitches
-
Co-own the sales strategy with Account Executives and contribute to closing deals

Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to align the customer journey
Thought Leadership & Enablement

Act as a subject-matter expert for Genesys solutions, trends, and best practices

Mentor junior Solution Consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Represent Genesys at events, conferences, and customer forums in France and EMEA
Minimum Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or strategic customer-facing roles
-
Strong background in enterprise software, CX/CaaS, or digital transformation projects

Ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers in large organizations

Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
-
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Genesys Cloud CX or other cloud contact center platforms

Background in SaaS, AI, or customer engagement technologies
-
Experience working with complex, matrixed sales teams in EMEA
-
Familiarity with industries like Financial Services, Retail, Telco, or Public Sector
