Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Software Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile software development and a proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products. As a Senior Software Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining product strategy, driving product development, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps.

Agile Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software products. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product releases.

Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams. Translate these requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve product performance.

Market and User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate product concepts. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.

Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, with a focus on agile software development.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops, or similar.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Passion for technology and a deep understanding of software development processes.
