Job Description
- Working with experienced, mostly based in Poland teams, developing an integration platform for Dynatrace
- Effectively build teams and hire new talents
- Setting up goals for leaders
- Provides leadership via mentoring engineers,
- Handling through the team complex technology issues
- Supporting you team members with trainings planning, performance evaluation and career progression.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Cloud Native environment
- Knowledge of at least one of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with one of programming languages like Java, C++ or Python
- Some experience in designing, developing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications is a plus.

Compensation:
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Salary: 20k - 35k PLN gross per month
- Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
