Are you pationate about technology? we are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Product Engineering team. You will be working as part of development team for one of our key products in the Product Engineering business unit. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Software Developer, you will:
- Work on the design, implementation and testing of software applications using
- Work on large scale enterprise systems with multiple teams located across different geographies.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, testers, project managers and architects to achieve common goals.
- Be involved in all phases of application lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment.
- Identify areas where existing tools can be improved upon by developing new features and enhancements.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure high quality standards are met.
- Follow best practices for software engineering, security and performance.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of processes and technologies used within the organization.
About you:
You'll be a good fit for the Senior Software Developer, if your background
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Key Technologies: Java/ JEE - Eclipse/IntelliJ -Web Services, REST API - JavaScript, JQuery, Angular - XML, HTML, CSS - MVC
- Versioning tools - MS Team Foundation Server (TFS), GIT
- Practices: Unit Tests Frameworks Control (experience with Spring preferred) / mocking, CI/CD
- Other Relevant Technologies: JPA / Hibernate - SQL, RDBMS (Oracle) - Tomcat - XSLT, AWS Ecosystem
- We are working with a global team and communicate with each other in English, which is an essential skill for this team.
