What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, CLM Hub to drive the implementation of key strategic digital projects and critical tactical solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software development and architecture to assess, design, and implement enterprise-level solutions that adhere to our organization's standards, best practices, and compliance policies.

What are we expecting from this role?

• Partner with technical business analysts to understand requirements, conduct impact analyses, and deliver effective technical solutions, while also working closely with group technology for seamless integrations.
• Develop and implement software solutions, including full-stack applications, for both local and enterprise-level projects.
• Implement and manage integrations between local applications, group applications, and partner systems.
• Ensure all development and implementation activities comply with group technology and digital policies, as well as international best practices and standards.
• Implement and conduct automated unit testing, and manage quality control for application development, including vendor and outsourced work.
• Provide Level 3 application support, resolving complex technical issues.
• Support and mentor junior software engineers, providing technical guidance and on-the-job training.
• Performing other tasks assigned by Management.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT/Digital function as a Solution Architect, IT Business Analyst, or Technical Product Owner.
• Proven experience leading development teams in implementation projects.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-level web and mobile applications using C#, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React Native, and React JS.
• Strong experience in API integration, including payment and partner API integrations.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL PaaS DB) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB).
• Demonstrated experience working with Azure Services (Azure SQL PaaS, Azure VM, Azure Kubernetes Services).
• Experience designing back-end data framework or front-end UI framework.
• Experience implementing software solutions in an Agile environment with CI/CD deployment models.
• Experience in working with corporate processes and group policies and framework.
