What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, CLM Hub to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions across various company initiatives. This critical role required a strong understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. As a key member of the technology team, the person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and develop robust and scalable applications, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

What are we expecting from this role?

• Collaborate with technical business analysis to understand requirements and conduct technical impact analysis to provide technical solutions and approaches.
• Implement integrations with various partner systems and between local and group applications.
• Develop and implement software solutions for various company in-house applications and projects, including local scope implementations.
• Engage in full-stack development for company in-house applications.
• Implement software solutions and develop and conduct automated unit testing.
• Ensure all developments and implementations adhere to group technology and digital policies, and international best practices and standards.
• Manage, supervise, and conduct quality control on application development related to vendors, outsourced, or contracted staff.
• Provide L3 application support and support on-the-job guidance and technical support to junior software engineer members.
• Performing other tasks assigned by Management.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Solution Architect, IT Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or related experience.
• Experienced in full-stack development with C#, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React Native, React JS for enterprise-level web/mobile applications.
• Experienced implementing software solutions in an agile environment using CI/CD deployment models.
• Experienced in API integration such as payment gateways, partner APIs, etc.
• Experienced with relational databases like SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or Azure SQL PaaS, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, or CouchDB.
• Experienced working with Azure Services like Azure SQL PaaS, Azure VM, or Azure Kubernetes Services.
• Experience in designing back-end data frameworks or front-end UI frameworks.
• Experience working with corporate processes, group policies, and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead development teams in implementation.
