We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture, troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring stability and security of enterprise level systems and applications. This role requires hands-on experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and data migration processes. Candidates seeking this role should have experience in responding to platform alerts, perform scheduled maintenance, and execute test plans to ensure seamless operations and system reliability. Some VOIP experience is required.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience in solutions engineering

Architect and implement a robust API toolset to streamline , ensuring scalability

Experience supporting the software development lifecycle, developers, and software development tools

Proven experience (5+ years) supporting both internally and externally facing products

Working knowledge of API gateways, experience with REST APIs. This role requires an understanding of API technologies, software engineering and technical skills, and Agile methodologies

Develop highly efficient and reliable applications with front end and backend technologies keeping security in mind

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support

Ensure application development sprint cycle is on track and adjust the plan to meet release timelines

Prior experience in Snowflake data. Understanding of data extensions, data designer, subscriber imports, and group creation based on data filters. Ability to communicate technical concepts for the broader organization.

Experience handling escalations and driving root cause analysis. Good understanding of Voice routing best practices

Experience with cloud-based testing infrastructure tools such

Participation in the on-call rotation
