- 6+ year experience in end-to-end implementation of HCM Core and Talent and Performance or Learning module.
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited to: Recruiting, Time and Absence modules, Core Compensation, Talent and Performance management, Reporting and Security.
- Experience in configuration and customization of the Workday Recruitment module to meet the unique needs of the organization.
- Ensure accurate setup of job requisitions, workflows, and candidate management processes.
- Implement new features and functionalities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and implement specific requirements.
- Experience in BP configurations, security permissions and creating and uploading EIBs.
- Experience with creating test scenarios and running tests in Workday.
- Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.
- Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements.
- Strong background in Request Framework, DocuSign integration is required
Required Technical and Professional Expertise+
- Certified Workday HCM professional with significant hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules.
- Certification any other advanced modules are preferred.
- 4+year experience in end-to-end implementation/AMS/Rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses are preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology,
Human Resources, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
